I love Basque Culinary Centre. This culinary research center is one of the global pioneers in training, structure, and promotion of gastronomic talent. I have been working with them for years, and it is both a gift and a constant learning experience. It is located in San Sebastian, the cradle of Spanish cuisine.

All these images belong to the 10th-anniversary book, which I had the honor to illustrate. The design is by my partner Karen, who is the other pillar of our Perlita-Calvario studio.
